The Art of Embroidery in Fashion

Embroidery, an ancient craft, has gracefully woven its way into the modern fashion tapestry. At GlamCorner, we celebrate this intricate art form, showcasing dresses that are adorned with meticulous needlework. From delicate floral motifs to bold geometric patterns, embroidered dresses are a testament to craftsmanship and creativity.

A Tapestry of Styles

Whether you're attending a formal daytime event or a bridal shower, an embroidered dress can be your canvas. Opt for a floral embroidered full skirt mini for a playful touch or a floor-sweeping lace gown for a grand entrance. For those who prefer modern aesthetics, geometric form-fitted midi dresses offer a contemporary twist to traditional embroidery.

Designers Weaving Stories

GlamCorner's curated collection features renowned designers who have mastered the art of embroidery. Brands like Alice McCall, Witchery, and Moss and Spy have created pieces that are both visually captivating and rich in narrative. Each dress is a testament to the designer's vision, skill, and the timeless appeal of embroidery.

Accessorising Your Embroidered Ensemble

To elevate your embroidered outfit, consider adding slender heels and a simple pod clutch. A hint of colour on the lips can tie the look together, making you ready for any event. And if you're seeking more style tips, explore our 'How to Style Black Lace' blog post for insights on trending dress styles.

Lovely, but for small boobs
This dress is not for those with a medium sized or above chest. I've got very mid-sized boobs but they were almost falling out of the dress. Very disappointed, because otherwise the dress was lovely - great cut below the busy, colour was awesome and POCKETS!

My favourite dress
I've hired this dress multiple times. It's a flattering fit and is comfortable as well. Loads of compliments whenever I've worn it. True to size but has a tiny bit of give if you need the room, particularly around the hips.

Fun semi-casual dress
I was hesitant to rent this dress, thought it might be too casual, but the shape elevates it. Loved it, wore it every chance I got! It is a bit long in the front and runs very large. I'm a 12-14 and it fit like a 16.

Better than the pictures
The pictures do not do this dress justice. The fit for me was like a glove, the boning in the bodice meant no need for tape or bra, but it wasn’t uncomfortable. The dress has little give though, no stretch or anything. I’m 5’3” and this dress was excellent with 4” heels, but was still long at the back. I got a lot of compliments and felt fantastic in this one.

Too short
The slip underneath was just above my buttocks so I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it. I also find things annoying where you have to tie it up at the back. So if you are single and independent you can not tie it up.
