General Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned unworn, with tags still intact.
- Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.
Returns Process:
- Submit a return request via Your My Account within 90 days of delivery.
- Items must be sent back to us within 7 days of submitting the return request.
Condition of Returned Items:
- All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our fulfillment center.
- Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Cancellations
- We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy allows for flexibility depending on the timing of your cancellation.
Cancellation Requests:
- Submit a cancellation request form via Your My Account as soon as possible.
Cancellation Protection:
- If you purchased Cancellation Protection at checkout, you are eligible for a full cash refund of your booking or purchase price. Note that the Cancellation Protection fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Time Frames and Fees:
- More than 30 Days Before Shipment: Full cash refund or 110% store credits. No cancellation fee.
- 14 to 30 Days Before Shipment: Full cash refund or 110% store credits, minus a $10.95 cancellation fee.
- Less than 14 Days Before Shipment: Store credits equal to the booking or purchase price, minus a $10.95 cancellation fee.
One-Time Rentals and Purchases:
- Once the products have been dispatched from our fulfillment center, submit a refund request via Your My Account instead of a cancellation request.
Refunds
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refunds policy provides various options to ensure you have a positive experience.
Replacement Requests:
- If an item is not suitable, we can provide a replacement for a $14.95 return processing and delivery fee.
Price Differences for Replacements:
- If the replacement item is more expensive, you will be charged the difference.
- If the replacement item is less expensive, you will receive store credits for the difference.
Processing Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credits equal to the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost.
