Warehouse UK

Warehouse was a British clothing retail chain established in 1976. It was part of Aurora Fashions, which also owned women's fashion brands Coast and Oasis.

In November 2016, the administrator for Aurora Fashions, Kaupthing Bank, put Warehouse and other retailers up for sale for £100 million.

On April 16, 2020, both Warehouse and Oasis went into administration. By April 30, 2020, administrators were unable to find a buyer, resulting in the loss of 1,800 jobs.

In June 2020, online retailer Boohoo acquired the Warehouse brand, assets, and stock, along with those of the Oasis chain. This move reunited Warehouse with its former sibling, Coast, which Boohoo had acquired in a separate takeover of the Karen Millen Group in 2019.
