1. Tell us about the occasion and what made you choose the Times Dress by Elliatt?
I went to the Melbourne cup and I wanted to wear a designer dress without the cost. I love navy and thought this dress would be really flattering on me. I thought it would be quite different as it wasn’t similar to other dresses I had seen. It was also available in a bigger size which was great because I ended up being 16 weeks pregnant by the time I had worn the dress.
2. Was this your first time renting a dress? If so, what made you consider it?
Yes, it was my first time renting a dress but it won’t be my last! I got really fed up trying to find “the” dress. So I considered renting where I got to look the part without spending a fortune.
3. Why did you choose to rent with GlamCorner?
I spent hours searching online for the perfect dress which I couldn’t find and then a friend of mine mentioned hiring a dress, which I had never thought about! By renting, it also meant that I could look the part and not spend a large amount of money on a dress I probably wouldn’t wear again.
GlamCorner’s prices were reasonable and looked pretty simple to make an order so I thought I would give it a try. The process was super smooth and I couldn’t recommend hiring at GlamCorner enough. I am going to keep renting from here for other occasions now. I really love how you can have the option to add a backup dress in case the first one doesn’t fit or you don’t like it. They also have the option to try on before you hire.
