Tell us about the occasion and why you chose to wear a designer dress for it?
The occasion was a white themed hens day for a good friend of mine Dannielle. Dannielle was in a colour and all the guests were asked by the MOH on the invitations to wear something white. I loved the idea as it was something different to the usual bridal showers and hens nights where the bride is always in white. It worked so well and everyone looked great in their outfits! I chose to wear a designer dress as it was a special occasion and I am a sucker for designer clothes… especially dresses.
What was it about this occasion that made renting a dress so appealing for you?
To be honest I don’t own many white dresses or many white outfits for that matter so the idea of hiring something for the day/night really appealed to me as I have hired dresses in the past and I think it is such a good idea! It is so convenient and something that may cost you $300-$400 to buy that you will probably only wear once might only cost you $100 to hire. Let’s be honest these days no one really wants to be caught on Facebook and Instagram in the same outfit more than once.
What made you choose this dress and Designer? Have you ever purchased from this designer before?
I choose this dress and this designer because I have a few jumpsuits and dresses from the same designer and the fit is always great! I thought the dress was pretty cute and I felt it suited the event I was attending. The previous hirer had left a nice review of the dress and posted pictures of the dress on, I am a similar height to her so the reviews are such a great idea for other hirers to go off and get an idea of the fit and how the style looks on rather than going off the model pictures off the internet.

Was this your first time renting a dress? If so, what made you consider it?
It wasn’t my first time and certainly won’t be my last.

I came across GlamCorner from a friend who was also attending the same event and had secured something to hire to wear, I couldn’t find anything suitable or anything I really loved, she told me to check out your website so I did and had success.
Did you enjoy your overall experience from beginning to end with GlamCorner? Would you recommend us to other women?
I definitely enjoyed my experience I found the whole process very easy from start to finish, I liked the various range of designers and most dresses come in all sizes. The communication was great, I knew exactly when the dress was going to arrive and even the packaging that the dress arrived in was quite fancy and profession compared to other places I have hired from before. I would 100% hire again and would recommend to GlamCorner to my family and friends.
